The patient presented with several cosmetic concerns, including a smile that appears narrower towards the sides, an uneven smile line, notching near the gumline of the two front teeth and dissatisfaction with tooth colour.

After discussing the patient’s concerns and treatment options, the dental team developed an individualised treatment plan. The patient underwent full-mouth teeth whitening to address tooth shade, followed by the placement of ten porcelain veneers to alter the appearance of the selected teeth.

The treatment aimed to address the patient’s aesthetic preferences while maintaining a natural-looking appearance and appropriate dental proportions. Following treatment, the patient achieved a brighter tooth shade and a fuller, more even-looking smile that aligned with their discussed treatment goals.
