Client: unhappy with dental crowding. The client also has two baby teeth still present in the smile as the corresponding permanent teeth are missing. 

Solution: Clear Aligner treatment to move the upper front teeth into the smile zone, and re-shape the two baby teeth with aesthetic composite resin to copy the shape of permanent teeth.  Treatment time 14 months.
