Clear Aligners and Composite Resin Recontouring

This patient maintained two baby teeth in their smile because the corresponding adult teeth were missing. This caused difficulties with tooth crowding and a less symmetrical appearance to their smile. 

Dr Pulvirenti used clear aligners to move the upper front teeth into the smile zone and create space. Then, he reshaped the baby teeth, using aesthetic composite resin that blended seamlessly with the patient's smile. This case took about 14 months to complete.
