Full Mouth Crowns
This patient came to see Dr Pulvirenti to discuss his worn upper front teeth. He was concerned about his oral health, but he also didn’t like the appearance of his smile. After listening to his concerns, Dr Pulvirenti assured the patient that he could restore his bite and enhance his appearance at the same time, making it possible to enjoy his favourite foods again and smile with confidence.

8 Upper Porcelain Crowns
The patient presented with concerns about four upper front crowns that were placed more than 25 years ago. Over time, the crowns developed a grey appearance around the gumline, which can occur with some metal-based crown restorations. The crowns also showed areas of damage and previous repair work, while several of the surrounding back teeth had large existing fillings.

The patient presented with concerns about the appearance of their front teeth following many years of dental fillings and repeated restorative treatment. Although tooth-coloured fillings can be designed to blend with natural tooth structure, extensive restorations can become more noticeable over time and may affect the overall appearance of the smile.

Six Porcelain Crowns
Client: unhappy with upper front six teeth. The upper and lower back teeth were restored with porcelain crowns by Dr Pulvirenti about 10 years ago. The upper front six teeth have large resin fillings that are now worn and are breaking down.
Solution: six porcelain crowns placed over the front six teeth. Special care was taken to copy the existing shape of the teeth as the client requested to keep the natural contour of their smile.

Client: unhappy with a rollercoaster smile, missing teeth showing in photos, and every tooth a different colour.
Solution: porcelain crowns and porcelain bridgework on the upper twelve front teeth, resulting in restored health, restored missing teeth, and uniform straight-looking smile.

Smile Makeover using 12 Porcelain Crowns & Bridgework
Client: Unhappy with the colour, the wear and the missing teeth in the upper left quadrant. The client mentioned that he wanted his teeth and overall smile to look younger.
Solution: Twelve porcelain crowns and bridgework placed on the upper teeth. Note the teeth are lighter in colour, longer, more uniform and the smile is slightly wider to “fill” the shape of the mouth.
